I'm Tania — a Data Science & Business Engineering student at ITAM, Mexico City. I believe in building things that actually matter: from AML dashboards at a fintech to a self-sustaining university garden.
In 2025 I spent a semester at NUS Singapore — and kept going. Seven countries across Asia later, I see the world differently.
Built AML risk dashboards in Tableau & Metabase. Worked with SQL, dbt, and GitHub to structure transactional data pipelines inside a regulated fintech environment.
Immersive semester in Asia. Broadened my perspective on tech, business, and culture — then kept travelling across the continent.
Academic Excellence Award · Deloitte Capital Seed Program · Hult Prize On-Campus 2025.
Designed and implemented a community engagement strategy and business model to keep the garden financially and environmentally sustainable long-term.
Data Science & Business Engineering. Graduating 2027. Building at the intersection of analysis, strategy, and technology.
Increased revenue for the foundation by redesigning the stations layout to improve staff communication and operational flow.
Community outreach brigades distributing meals to families waiting outside hospitals.
NUS was the start. Then I kept going — temple hopping in Kyoto, street food in Bangkok, night markets in Korea. Asia rewired how I think about scale, community, and possibility.
Ancient temples, matcha everything, bamboo forests at dawn.
Home for 5 months. NUS, hawker centres, and the best transit system in the world.
Streets, controlled chaos, temples at every corner, and the best street food on Earth.
Palaces, K-indie playlists on the subway, street food in Myeongdong.
From afrobeats to r&b, electronic to pop — music is how I process the world. Every city I visited had a soundtrack. Every project has a playlist.
Open to conversations about data, sustainability, strategy, and everything in between.
